Equinox

Today is the first day of spring, the vernal equinox. It's a day of balanced sunlight for most of the planet. What did the ancients have to say about this special day? After all, people used to pay much closer attention to the movements os the stars and the planets than they do today. Many spiritual ceremonies were centered around celestial events, like the equinox. They also paid a lot more attention to remaining in balance.
