Discussion with Retired Yonkers PD Detective Mike Lyons about Video Forensics Technology

Mike Lyons worked for the City of Yonkers, NY police department for 25 years prior to retirement in 2002. During that time, he worked narcotics, undercover, patrol, enforcement, homicide, and started up and ran the high tech unit. He became a forensic video specialist. After retirement, he opened his own private investigation firm, Now You See It Investigative Service, Inc. and handles a heavy caseload of video forensics.
