Ks3 (Ks-cubed) = Keep safe, smart, strong! Our mission is to provide access to information and services that assist in enhancing the overall well-being of an individual or group. All subjects are viewed from a critical but balanced paradigm. We attempt to give as many countervailing points of view on any given subject as possible.

  • On Demand Episodes

    Original Air Date:

Omnivorous diet and problems with processed food

My Guest Sean Croxton aka Underground Wellness, will discuss amongst many topics: nutrition, fitness, processed foods quality exercise vs quantity exercise, metabolic typing.

  • Date / Time:

    Diet and processed foods

I'm an unabashed advocate of a balanced omniverous diet. I'm an omnivore primarily for pragmatic purposes (essential amino acids, advanced physical activities, etcetera). That being said, one of the primary issues effecting ALL diets is how foods are processed. For example, a vegetarian who regularly eats "organic" fruits and vegetables will have a superior intake to someone who eats a diet of processed vegetables. The same is true of any type of
diet. This is a subject which I and my guest will be discussing on my show scheduled for 7-24-2008. I will very likely touch upon this topic in the future.

    Ks3(Keep safe, smart, strong),

    JD
