This self talk evolved during a conversation with Gregarious Greg and individuals whose opinions he values. He refers to them as supporting cast. But even supporting cast have different ways of viewing things. This is often due to one's upbringing. It can also be seen as what is inherited. We often apply what we have learned in school, college, or from business courses.

Some thinking is inspired from courses taken in business management. For instance, almost every child has heard this from their mother or better yet, kindergarten teacher. "Treat others the way you want to be treated" or "Honesty is the best policy". Gregarious Greg ponders, why does it even have to be a policy?

Now what is your perception of Greg's view ?

This podcast is one that really hits home. But, it is one that should be definitely be talked about in the workplace over coffee or around the watercooler.
