First I wanted to say that I found this show awhile back and have enjoyed listening very much. About Fridays show...I have to admit that I'm disappointed. It's not that I wanted Sam to punish Jason or get into an fight about Jason's choice to take the fall for Claudia. I understand that Sam knows Jason and that she doesn't want to change him. My issue, and I think alot of fans problem, is that this reminds us of their past. Sam being more invested in the relationship then Jason was. Jason made life alterting choices without ever thinking about the impact it would have on Sam. Now he's doing the same thing all over again. Last time Jason shoved Sam out his life and her home when she needed him the most. Then came Liz/Jake and all the things he did then that Sam had no idea about for the longest time. So I don't like being reminded now about all of the things that caused them to fall apart. I certainly would think Sam wouldn't like the reminder either. It worries me that she wasn't more hestitant with him. I don't want to watch a repeat of the slow implosion they went through the last time and that started with Jason doing just what he did last week. I would have expected Sam to be reminded of not only that but of how it made her feel less of a priority in his life then Sonny Carly the kids and the business then Liz and Jake got added to that list. I would expect her to be reminded of how she never wants to go down that road ever again. That's why I had such a problem with it. It's upsetting to watch Jason make the same mistakes he made last time like he learned nothing. Every relationship Sam has seems to end up with her being more invested then whomever she's with. I don't want to watch that again or where that leds. It's not about punishing Jason it's about Sam and showing that she is aware of her old patterns and showing that she's not going down that same path no matter how much she loves Jason because it leads to bad places. So while I enjoyed Jason calling her Mighty Mouse I wasn't thrilled about the rest of it.
