    Happy Earth Day! We have some tips below courtesy of our favorite global conscious doctor, Dr.Theresa Ramsey. www.drramsey.com

    1. Buy Local - Cruise the Local Farmers' market and save the ozone from transport emmissions.

     
    2. Replace your light bulbs with energy efficient bulbs. They last longer, save you money and use 1/2 as much energy!
     
    3. Buy in Bulk - Economy sized jugs cut waste by about 10%
     
    4. Buy Organic Cotton Squares and Swabs - Cotton is one of the most heavily sprayed crops, causing 25% of the world's insecticide use.
     
    5. Save Water at the Sink - turning off the water while you brush your teeth and wash your face can save up to 8 gallons of water per day!
