Mind set is something you have to start with and make it work on a continued basis. .
I remember when i was losing weight this one yr i would make it up in my mind that i would lose the weight. I would speak to my mind and make it happen. I would make me believe that it will happen. . .
Mindset is more than just a saying its a way of life. . . sometimes its not in what you do its how you believe and feel what you are believing. . on a day to today basis. . .
How do you get through one day at a time about 30yrs ago no it wasn't important but now a days its important. . its something that you do on a continuous basis. . . 30yrs is not like now. . . so now they say mindset is important and that is what we need to do to make things happen on a day to day basis. . .
