Today we chat to Chelle about her own experience of grief and how she became a grief counsellor after six of her close family members died in 2008. An inspiring story. Chelle also has a radio show on blogtalkradio called 'Coffee talk with Chelle' an upbeat show that also covers the topic of grief. It was a great show in the end as I managed to talk to Chelle in Texas for the last 20 minutes. Also I talked about my own experience of grief, how I was afraid to accept that I was not in control and sometimes even embarrassed because I was not coping. Also I talk about perfectionism and how there is a whole industry that promotes an impossible ideal. It can prevent us from showing our true selves, we believe that people may not want to know us if we are less than perfect. I MANAGED TO LOSE MY INTERNET CONNECTION 4 TIMES, SO PLEASE FAST FORWARD THE SMALL GAPS.It wasn’t perfect, but we don’t need to be perfect..
