The Jackson and Hagen Criminal Law Review is monthly podcast series focusing on the investigation and defense of the accused, here in the State of Texas. Today Rick Hagen presents thoughts and legal analysis regarding Texas Senate Bill 6, referred to as the “Bathroom Bill” which is one of Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick’s legislative priorities. SB 6 would require people to use bathrooms in public schools, government buildings and public universities based on their biological sex.
