This episode of "Take A Bite Out The Big Mango" showcases the entrepreneurial talents of Bangkok based businessman, lifestyle coach and author, John H. Legend. This multi-talented "Man about Bangkok" is the founder and CEO of Soul Publishing Co., Ltd., bringing fans the best in print and digital media, and, the founder of Legend PC Solutions, a company he started in 2006 to promote open source software in developing countries in order to reduce the incidence of piracy. In his spare time, John, a lifelong fitness and health advocate, serves as a lifestyle coach to select clients. His recently published book "Lifestyle Change" is a testament to the benefits of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. "Big Mango" host Ivory Simone will talk to John about two upcoming projects: The Urban Fitness Project (UFP), an online fitness hub that allows people in need of fitness and health advice to consult with a qualified professional in their area--serving them in their own language; and, the release of his cover of the Bob Marley classic "Redemption Song". The proceeds from the song will go to support the Lift Every Voice Campaign Against Global Racism and other charities. "This is black history month and I wanted to put a spotlight on one of the awesomely talented African Americans living in Bangkok," Simone said.
