Welcome to Independent Underground Radio LIVE - MICHIGAN'S TOP POLITICO PODCAST - Aired each Tuesday & Thursday @ 11am ET.

On the Program:
-Guest Rev. Roland Caldwell will visit the show to discuss why he believes Federal Courts should not overturn Michigan's Marriage Amendment banning LBGT marriages. Passed in 2004, Michigan Proposal 04-2[1] of 2004, was a referendum approved by 59% by state voters to MI Constitution that makes it unconstitutional for the state to recognize or perform same-sex marriages or civil unions. Should the voters will 10 years ago be first and foremost in the Courts mind or should LGBT couples be allowed rights to marry, all other Michigan citizens have? Will discuss.

-U.S. Army SSg. Bowe Bergdahl was released as a Prisoner of War in Afghanistan after five years of capitivity, being held by the Taliban. Normally, this would be a happy occassion for all, however right-wing media ceasing to politicize a Soldiers' release have blamed Bergdahl for "deserting" his unit to join the Taliban, harrassed Bergdahl parents and have managed to lobby fellow former Military Servicemen in the former POW unit to join the media circus chorus. Is this how we should treat fmr. POW's? Will discuss.
