Are you an emotional eater? We eat for a lot of reasons - many of them are the wrong reasons. Emotional eating is a big problem for many people. Losing weight is hard to do if you don't know what's causing you to eat when you aren't even hungry. So today we are going to talk about the "5 W's of Emotional Eating".
