Finally, the Billy Preston situation in Lawrence reached its ending point this weekend, as news broke that Preston is leaving Kansas to play professionally overseas. We open up the podcast by talking about the situation and how it might actually help the Jayhawks in the end.

Kansas improved to 6-1 in league play by defeating Baylor at home, but it took a late rally and some serious Scott Drew boob'ing it up to get the victory closed out. We talk about KU's struggle to win games at home by comfortable margains, Udoka Azubuike's heavy usage, and the Jayhawks' improving ability to get to the free throw line down the stretch of close games.

Up next for the Jayhawks: a battle with National Player of the Year favorite Trae Young in Norman on Tuesday. It's a blockbuster matchup between Kansas and Oklahoma, and we're here to prepare you on how KU will look to slow Young's torrid tear.
