Standards in Homes and Schools

We will discuss standards in the home and in schools/ Should the State intervene when a parent(s) fail(s) to take appropriations in that Child's well being.(i.e-Weight, missing school, etc). School Uniforms and other strict policies or not? Elementary to Universities.
