On August 10, 2008 at 6PM EST, Patricia Gardner and Dayna Winters will be interviewing Natalie Zaman and Kat Clark, the publishers of Broomstix.com!  Natalie Zaman and Kat Clark, work in conjunction with Charlotte Bernnardo to present Broomstix.com, a pagan eZine for children.  Broomstix is a site that is filled with information about pagan crafts, stories and artwork, and the Broomstix eZine is published eight times a year. Natalie Zaman adores children and is the mother of three.  Natalie is also a teacher, and appreciates writing and photography.  Natalie has authored a number of books, articles, and poems, and both Nat and Kat worked on the Graven Images Oracle project which was published Samhain 2007.  Natalie has won contest, and has written works for various children’s magazines as well as radio commercials.  Natalie believes that as a teacher, she remains a student and she is always working toward learning something new.

Kat Clark has been a teacher for a number of years; she has formerly taught both in middle school and high school, and she has also taught classes on the Tarot and the Irish Craft.  Kat Clark is currently an elder in the Tuatha de Danann Wiccan Tradition, and has been for more than 30 years.  She has had appearances on both television and radio, as well as in a variety of newspapers.  In addition, Kat has served as an expert on the occult for local police departments in her area.  Kat has a fondness for poetry, and she has entered and won several poetry contests.  She is the author of An Irish Book of Shadows, and you can also view her work in Circles, Groves, and Sanctuaries, by Dan and Pauline Campanelli.

Pat and Dayna state:

“When we came across Broomstix.com, we were truly delighted!  Being parents ourselves, as well as pagans, we were pleased to see that people were presenting wholesome and excellent resources for pagan children to access, as well as for the pagan parents that want to introduce their children to the core values and teachings of the pagan faith.”
