Patricia Hughes was born and raised in New England. She graduated from the University of Connecticut and is now residing in Maine. Searching for lost loot and lost towns is just one way that she enjoys the beautiful New England countryside. She has three books published: Lost Loot, Ghostly New England Treasure Tales (This book covers Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire); Maine's Waterfalls: A Comprehensive Guide (Talks about the haunted waterfalls (and others) found in all sixteen Maine counties; and Lost Loot II: More New England Ghostly Treasure Tales (This book covers Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island).
