Alice Belcher is dedicated to empowering families, particularly women and children holistically. Pastor Belcher, founded Christian Woman Perspective Ministries Church of God in Christ, Inc. (d/b/a Christian World Perspective Ministries, Inc.), a not-for-profit 501(c)3 church in Milwaukee, WI. In the year 2008, with God's help, she has began again the forward journey for this ministry. While the ministry is not for women only, and is about the building of the Kingdom of God, the ministry does however, address those issues specific to a woman's health, children & families concerning abuse, and single-parent family households and empowering individuals and families to live better lives in this present world as God intended according to His Word.through its community outreach sister-program, ISAIAH'S COALITION FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN (ICWC). Isaiah's Coalition wss founded by Alice Belcher in 2009 to raise the social consciousness of society to this social ill and to address and to educate and to empower,specifically this demographic of women and children and to advocate on their behalf.

Tune in and be informed, be educated, and be empowered. Join us, One in the struggle against violence against women and children; and raising the social consciousness of society of these and other holistic health issues concerning women and children. Isaiah's Coalition for Women & Children addreses issues surrounding women, children & families concerning abuse, single-parenting and other women's health issues of breast cancer, awareness and prevention are not readily discussed, particularly within the African-American faith community. The Word...a Christian Woman's Perspective broadcast will share insight, education, coping mechanism and prevention methodologies to address such social concerns for women and children in order to raise the social consciousness of society to such situations and to mitigate if not prevent entirely its negative impact upon famiiies. November we will address the topic of child abuse as it references the book "PUSH" by Sapphire and its recently released movie genre "Precious".
