     This is an article that may help someone else as they consider regression, a form of mental psychic healing. It is intended for educational purposes in hopes that others find it more uplifting in the realm of metaphysical principle and ethics. This is a look into the thoughts about regression and wether or not it holds any real value in a psychic reading. I am an ethical psychic and believer of protecting the identity of all my clients. My experience with regression is valid because I'm a professional practitioner of metaphysics and believer of mind over matter. 
     As a psychic, adding regression to the session was simple. I simply guided my client back to the desired time and year specified with little information, i.e., the approximate time my client wanted to explore.       
     My discovery in my client, having a hard time finding happiness, was due to three previous relationships, intimate in nature. I was able to discover how these rooted encounters caused a lasting affect in my clients life for the past twenty-five years. His situation has become interrelated on several levels concerning all relationships to date, more so friendships, currently. The more down side to this conclusion is that he has not been able to have the level of intimacy with women as liken to his past.
     It is a fact that he honestly loves the first three ladies and finds himself comparing all three to the future, "the one".
     This is not reality or even fair to "the one woman" who doesn't even know his past situations.
     Today, he asks himself if he'd made all the right decisions. So, with no information, only his confirmation of each person we'd visited to current, the discovery was enlightening. He presently has arrived upon his own conclusion that he is seeking what he had in the past and now is kicking himself. He understands that we can't live the past and we should consider the present. 
     Today, I encourage him to learn new ways along this present aspect of his life as I felt he's an older soul. He is noted to being a giver and analyzer. He unequally gives of himself unlike what he is willing to do when involving others. He found out that he had to include himself, therefore, setting aside space in time for his own happiness. Secondly, we talked about how we analyze everything and being better aware when he needs to make a judgement call. Especially while being manipulated in anyway, he should refrain from giving into his own regrets based on his past decisions.  Saying no sometimes is healthy and I encourage him to do it more often.
     He agreed and is willing to explore other avenues for happiness, thus, getting out and doing a few hobbies of his own, such as smiling along side others, possibly on a stage or with among an acting troupe.
