  Some of the best way to getting over a headache is to meditate ourselves out of the situations that we are focused on currently. Occasionally, I, Isaiah, have had headache. I face them and they seem to just break. If  you are into meditation, this will be easier to accomplish. First you will need to be comfortable with yourself, venture to your inner core, and slowly begin to read the information there. I call this processing because I'm helping my subconscious and conscious to process the information from the previous moment. There you would start to process the information, i.e., sorting through the information and finding the root of the headache. Meditation comes in because you must observe what is there, though while in observation, it is not actually called meditation. Though mediation is the process to journeying into our minds, it is that process we must begin to seek what we're so focused on that we are troubled. Once you're in the core of your mind, you would need to attach to the first subject, then begin to process through this information, possibly repeating the process. It would be like sleeping to allow yourself to process information from the previous day. Now, you would just place you thoughts in front of you and allow what was said and the events that happened to drain from you.
