Not only is he an unapologetic Christian who believes the Bible is literally true, but he has suffered at the hands of the federal government for the crime of structuring. In essence, he was arrested and sent to prison for withdrawing his own money from his own bank account. I have talked about structuring on this show before.The money was seized, his property was auctioned off and he spent nine years in prison.
He is out of prison now and working to get, not only his conviction, but the law upon which it was based, overturned. At the same time he is working to continue his ministry.
