Episode 54 - "Compassion In Crisis"

During the devistating Tornadoes that ripped through much of the middle and southern states, the Holmes family had suffered much loss.  Danny Holmes will be joining us for a special podcast interview on what moves others to show compassion to their fellow man.  Danny serves as Executive Director of Agape of North Alabama  which is a non-profit organization helping thousands of children by providing short- or long-term foster care and, with the right opportunities, adoption for babies and children.  We are also pleased to announce that  Leah B'Smith, Assistant Director of Social Services, will be with us as well.  Leah, having a wealth of experience and knowledge, will be on hand to answer questions regarding the services available to families and children within the state of Alabama.  Please join us for an uplifting and informative hour as we discuss the principles of compassion during times of great need and share information regarding social service avenues and  opportunities.  http://agapecares.org/
