When awareness is brought to this usually unconscious activity through the following iQ LIve Qi technique, it will activate your life energy as well as strengthen your core. Breathe in through the nose and then exhale fully through the mouth pulling in the stomach muscles and making a “Hah!“ sound on the out breath. Gently hold for a count of four and allow the breath to flow in through the nose. It is suggested that you repeat this exercise at least nine times.
