The question speaks for itself.  This is a necessary question to ask and be completely honest about.  As a result of the recently published article in the Albany Herald, of Albany, GA titled, "HBCUs back off planned rally at Regents meeting," educators, students, administrators, supporters, and those who will become affilitated with all colleges must begin to discuss the answer to the title-question of this show.  Is the future of the HBCU (Historically Black College and University) necessary, anymore?
