Talk...Speak...Talking White

Join us (Talia & CeCe) in the village today as we discuss the importance of proper communication: articulation, enunciation, and your lexicon. So many young people in urban communities of non-white descent have been criticized and/or are criticized for speaking the English language well and are immediately cornered and told "She/he talks like a white boy." We will discuss the issues surrounding these scenarios with a very special guest: Xavier Paul, "The Voiceguy." Paul is well-known for doing the voice-overs for countless commercials, sporting events, films, and etcetera. Join us in the village today!
