If Matthew Noel was your Attorney and he did not show up in your case for Court appearances please contact me or Public Defenders Office Division of Inspection and Appeals Kurt Swaim 515.242.6158. This is the attorney we asked to be replaced several times because he was billing the County and not coming to court to represent my daughter in her DHS case she had no representation. My Attorney also filed the Appeals and he billed the County. He was made a Judge in April of 2013 we do not need this type of Attorney or Judge in our Family Courts.
