Deadbeat Parents

Our youth today are being raised by deadbeat parents! There's a high rate of our youth being imprisoned today when they have parents in the home. Some kids even come from two parent households and are not being productive citizens. Our discussion will ask..Can a parent be considered a deadbeat when they're in the home? Are parents contributing to the well being of their children? Children are being affected by the neglect in their homes and this pours out into our communities. What are some solutions??
