Now we cannot do a 30 day wellness challenge without touching on Physical Wellness. Physical Wellness is the ability to maintain a healthy quality of life that allows us to get through our daily activities without undue fatigue or physical stress. Now we have all set New Year's resolution where we have said that we will become more physically fit or watch our eating habits, so that we may have that ideal physical frame.
Well now it is time to step up to the challenge and gain a few tips on being physically fit but also physically well.
