Today I received a call from Ms. Turk, Ryan's mother.  The police department is pursuing charges for disorderly conduct and theft.  Keep in mind Ryan receives free lunch and subsequently a property right to the milk.   If schools and School Resource Officers are to work in tandem, why the criminal charge?  Are these two entities doing what the Governor has outlined in an effort to reduce the criminaliztion of students?   Tune in tonight to revisit this topic as it seems to never go away.
