Join Master Educator LuAnn Cibik and her guest Karen Quant, MTIA for a fascinating show on how crystal singing bowls can be used in not only a mediation practice, but for space clearing and healing. Karen is passionate about crystal bowls, in using them for labyrinth walks and meditation ceremony, healing work, Crystal Sound Baths and Advanced Therapeutic Healing.  She has played in Churches and in schools and done her experimentation with children (autistic as well). Children from 6- 12 are so open energetically and the bowls resonate with them well, with at least 70% of the kids she experimented with knowing which bowl corresponded to which chakra and their physical body and colour !!!!

Whilst it is easy to buy a crystal bowl and for everyone to play it, to truly understand sound, light the overtones, the true notes, entrainment with the bowls, cleansing, tuning, programming, corresponding chakras and also how to open and close the chakras effectively, to play with more than one wand, know about forced resonance and sympathetic vibration, melody and harmony etc etc. takes more study, some of which might be touched upon on this show.

Karen Quant  is a Master Teacher of Interior Alignment in Sydney Australia and has trained also in shamanic and energetic practises for the last 16 years and is a mindfulness stillness based meditation facilitator and labyrinth facilitator.   As a medium and one of Sydneys premier Space Clearers and Crystal Sound Therapists she brings intuitive and expressive awareness to her consultations both in Australia and overseas.  Karen presently is combining her knowledge of Sacred Space, Sound and Soul energy with art therapy in a unique way to create workshops in 2014.
