Throughout these years, Payson was known for her unique artistic talent and for attracting the bling. I am excited for this one! As seen on Bravo’s “Work Out”, Zen Gray is a personal trainer in Los Angeles that uses humor to motivate her clients to make better fitness, diet and lifestyle choices. Zen is best known from Season One and Season Two of “Work Out”, Bravo TV’s docu-drama on the lives of personal trainers. She is an A.C.E. Certified fitness professional with over 17 years of experience in group fitness instruction and personal training. Previously, Zen was an award-winning speaker for the Dale Carnegie Training organization and has performed stand-up comedy for over 10 years. Zen is a member of the Sirens Society, a group of 100 powerful women that participate in monthly charitable functions. She is also a spokesperson for Project Angel Food, a Los Angeles-based charity that delivers meals to those suffering from life-threatening illnesses. Last year, Zen completed two triathlons and is hooked for life.
