  I shared with listeners ten ways to keep themselves inspired and they are as follows:
  
  1. Take a moment to enjoy the little things in life.
  
  2. Use positive journaling; write down your dreams and goals and refer back to them often.
  
  3. Go MIA - sometimes you need to retreat to a place that is rejunvating for you, especially if you find yourself overwhelmed from time to time.  Relax, relate, and release in order to stay inspired and empowered.
  
  4. Laugh often; laughter is good for the soul.
  
  5. Use affirmations daily.
  
  6. Meditate; clear your mind.
  
  7. Read the bible or an inspirational book; something to bring everything back into focus.
  
  8. Make time for a hobby.
  
  9. Form a support system; having a support system that you trust makes a difference.
  
  10. Take a trip around the world; learn something about a different culture, taking note of how they live and get through life in general is powerful.  You can pull inspiration from so many different cultures just by learning who they are.
