5 Steps to Healing a Hurting Heart.
In order for this process to work you have to follow all of the instructions given to you.
Healing your heart requires discipline, are you ready for a heart transplant which will require surgery to remove some particles that is clogging your heart. The beginning will be painful while removing the scar tissue. But after your wound heals you will not need a band-aid to cover it up any longer. You will actually forget that you have a scar.
So many times in life we as women give our heart away so freely and once that person abuses the love that comes from our heart we automatically shut our heart valves off so that our heart won’t function properly. At that point we are unable to allow love, peace, joy or happiness to flow to the heart. We only feel hurt, pain, anger, strife and revenge and none of those things will allow the heart to function properly they only clog the arteries that are connected to the heart.
Thank God that we are able to have a heart transplant starting today.
Let’s Pray:
God I surrender all unto you. Everything that is out of my control I give it to you. Make in me a clean heart. Teach me to heal from the inside out and I promise to follow your every instruction. No matter how it feels I will trust in you to create in me a new heart. So I thank you in advance for my complete healing of my heart, body, mind and soul.
These are the 5 steps:
1. Follow the instructions given to you.
2. Ask God to forgive you of your sins known and unknown.
3. Write down every person who has ever hurt you from childhood to now (this may take up to a week, so ask God to reveal everyone to you). Ask God to forgive those who have ever hurt you.
4. Pray for each person daily until you are truly sincere with each prayer.
Dear Heavenly Father,
I come to you today saying thank you for this day. Lord I ask that you forgive me of my sins known and unknown. Clear my mind so that I can hear from you. Create in me a clean heart Holy and acceptable to you. Touch each person who is written on this list and allow the Holy Spirit to guide them in the path in which they shall follow. I rebuke any evil or demonic spirit that is cast among them in the name of Jesus. Lord I thank you in advance for answering my prayers. It is in Jesus name I pray all things
Amen.
5. Read a scripture a day, and write in a journal daily. Express how you feel rather good or bad and watch God move in your life. Expect a change to come!
I thank you for giving me the wisdom and the guidance for these steps to heal hurting hearts. Lord I pray that you meet each woman’s needs that have made a decision to have a heart transplant. Meet their needs where they are. Teach them to love you like they have never loved before,

This is what the word say’s about forgiveness and as you can
See it is a requirement to forgive others if we want God to
Forgive us.
Ephesians 4:31-32
Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and
Slander as well as all types of evil behavior. Instead be kind
To each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as
God through Christ has forgiven you.
Does God Love Really Love Me?
These scriptures back up your question as to if God really loves you.
I John CH3:1
How great is the love the father lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are.
I John CH 4:18
But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.
I John CH 3:16
This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ died laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers.
This is just a few scriptures to back up the truth that God who created you in love truly cares about you. The fact of the matter is we feel like we should not have to go through anything in life. We all wish life could be a fairy tale where we could wave a majic wand and all of our problems would go away. But if we were truthful to ourselves most of our problems were caused by choices we made on our own.
We want God to take away all of the hurt and pain but we do not want to do the footwork to make it happen. What you are about to do requires self discipline and self control. You must be willing to look in the mirror and be honest with what you see. Not only look in the mirror but be willing to accept change.
Are you ready for the fight of your life?
My prayer today is that you find peace, joy, love, happiness, contentment and self love. You do not need another person to have all of these things; all you need is the love of God in your heart. Everything else comes along with Love.
Today is a day of new beginnings:

The first step to a new heart transplant
· ASK GOD TO FORGIVE YOU OF YOUR SINS DAILY.
· FORGIVE THOSE WHO HAVE CAUSED YOU HURT AND PAIN
· WRITE DOWN EACH PERSON THAT HAS EVER HURT YOU IN YOUR LIFE AND KEEP THE NAMES IN YOUR BIBLE.
· BEGIN TO PRAY FOR THEM DAILY UNTIL YOU SINCERELY CARE ABOUT THEM.
· WRITE IN YOUR JOURNAL DAILY RATHER GOOD OR BAD.
READ A SCRIPTURE AT LEAST ONCE A DAY FROM YOUR BIBLE.
These steps are life changing and will absolutely heal you from the inside out. I am not telling you something I heard I am telling you something that I went through. God not a psychologist gave me these steps that healed me mind, body and soul and if you truly stick to these 5 steps your life will never be the same for the better.
