Bev is a martial arts enthusiast and has been a student and instructor for over 25 years. She holds a 6th. Degree Black Belt in Jiu Jitsu, 1st. Degree Black Belt in Karate and teaches in the Hastings and Prince Edward Public Schools. Classes that she teaches are Karate, Jiu Jitsu, Tai Chi and Self Defence. Bev Leonard is also a consultant, speaker and trainer for Industress, a Health, Safety and Wellness Company. Since 1989 she has kept workplaces moving by conducting one on one, group and workshop training to a variety of market sectors from food to manufacturing. At Industress we believe that employees are “industrial athletes” people who keep a workplace moving. Industress’ programs include prevention, early intervention and identification, training and conditioning. Industress’ injury prevention, pre- post and post rehabilitation and stress reductions programs are customized for each facility.
