Innovative, Visual, Engaging and Fun

Robert (Bob) Petruska likes to take teams on a fun filled journey where passion for improvements meets innovative best practices.  Teams take pride in creating their own blueprints, and then rapidly implement positive changes to realize their desired future states.   Organizational energy spreads as age-old issues are quickly addressed, and new opportunities emerge as more and more people join in the fun.

Bob brings over 20 years of experience improving performance in a variety of fields including Aerospace, Automotive, Food, Health Care, Office, and Services.   He also holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Industrial Technology, and a Master of Science Degree in Manufacturing Systems.  Bob is also an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. 

Bob enjoys engaging audiences with authentic hand-drawn posters and hands-on models at professional conferences.

Bob is under contract with Productivity Press to write a book currently titled; “Gemba Walks for Service Excellence: The Step-by-Step Guide for Identifying Service Delighters

Packed full of real life examples and stories of service excellence, learners will quickly grasp key points and be able to apply new concepts right away.  By working with your entire team, his book guides leaders through a step by step plan for assessing, prioritizing, and implementing innovative ideas that will lead to customer delight.  This book should be published in 2012.
