    Benefit Concert in Syracuse, NY for Silentlambs

    Shalom and Blessings to you all,

    Insight on The Word Radio will be sponsoring one great concert event in Syracuse, NY Saturday, October 17, 2009 at the Westcott Community Center.

    Live and on-stage, Syracuse-based fusion rock group, Lumination, will perform its signature tracks from the Bad Reputation EP for a very special outreach so it can continue to help victims of sexual abuse in the Jehovah's Witness religion.

    Since 2002, Silentlambs has been a voice for those who cannot speak up and speak out against the crimes in the religion and the policy that protect pedophiles for the law.  Under the strong stewardship of its founder, William H. Bowen, it remains true to its mission through  education, assisting the legal system and providing additional support for the victims.

    We are working on having Bill present at the event to accept the donations, and to share his heart at the close of the event.

    Admission for the show is taken now for just $5.00 and $7.00 on the day of the show.  A 50% student discount is honored upon showing student I.D.  More information will be available on our blog at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/insightontheword and on Friday's program 4/24/2009.
