Hi All,

One of my clients sent me this story and I fell in love with it.  
It is a powerful example of how our choice / decision about
something and our willingness to act it creates it.

The only message I would add is to accept when you do slip from
choice to hope and then gently choose again and again until what
you want to experience is there without fail.

Don't Hope, Friend...Decide!

While waiting to pick up a friend at the airport in
Portland, Oregon, I had one of those life changing
experiences that you hear other people talk about.
You know, the kind that sneaks up on you unexpectedly?
Well, this one occurred a mere two feet away from me!

Straining to locate my friend among the passengers
deplaning through the jetway, I noticed a man coming
toward me carrying two light bags. He stopped right
next to me to greet his family.

First, he motioned to his youngest son (maybe six years old)
as he laid down his bags. They gave each other a long, and
movingly loving hug. As they separated enough to look in each
other's face, I heard the father say, "It's so good to see you,
son. I missed you so much!" His son smiled somewhat shyly,
diverted his eyes, and replied softly, "Me too, Dad!"

Then the man stood up, gazed in the eyes of his oldest son
(maybe 9 or 10) and while cupping his son's face in his hands
he said, "You're already quite the young man. I love you very
much Zach!" They too hugged a most loving, tender hug. His son
said nothing. No reply was necessary.

While this was happening, a baby girl (perhaps one or one and
a half) was squirming excitedly in her mother's arms, never
once taking her little eyes off the wonderful sight of her
returning father. The man said, "Hi babygirl!" as he gently
took the child from her mother. He quickly kissed her face
all over and then held her close to his chest while rocking
her from side to side. The little girl instantly relaxed and
simply laid her head on his shoulder and remained motionless
in total pure contentment.

After several moments, he handed his daughter to his oldest
son and declared, "I've saved the best for last!" and proceeded
to give his wife the longest, most passionate kiss I ever remember
seeing. He gazed into her eyes for several seconds and then
silently mouthed, "I love you so much!" They stared into each
other's eyes, beaming big smiles at one another, while holding
both hands. For an instant, they reminded me of newlyweds but
I knew by the age of their kids that they couldn't be. I puzzled
about it for a moment, then realized how totally engrossed I was
in the wonderful display of unconditional love not more than an
arm's length away from me. I suddenly felt uncomfortable, as if
I were invading something sacred, but was amazed to hear my own
voice nervously ask, "Wow! How long have you two been married?"

"Been together fourteen years total, married twelve of those,"
he replied without breaking his gaze from his lovely wife's
face. "Well then, how long have you been away?" I asked. The
man finally looked at me, still beaming his joyous smile and
told me, "Two whole days!"

Two days?! I was stunned! I was certain by the intensity of
the greeting I just witnessed that he'd been gone for at
least several weeks, if not months, and I know my expression
betrayed me. So I said almost offhandedly, hoping to end my
intrusion with some semblance of grace (and to get back to
searching for my friend), "I hope my marriage is still that
passionate after twelve years!"

The man suddenly stopped smiling. He looked me straight
in the eye, and with an intensity that burned right into
my soul, he told me something that left me a different person.
He told me, "Don't hope friend...decide." Then he flashed me
his wonderful smile again, shook my hand and said, "God bless!"
With that, he and his family turned and energetically strode
away together.

I was still watching that exceptional man and his special
family walk just out of sight when my friend came up to me a
nd asked, "What'cha looking at?" Without hesitating, and with
a curious sense of certainty, I replied, "My future!"

Being Okay With What We Choose

How many times have you chosen something that you wanted and 
felt that it was not okay to choose it?

Let's take one of the biggest examples of this, MONEY.  So many 
of us want money, but then we have the belief that wanting
money is bad.  So we say we want it, but then we put the 
brakes on because why would we really want something we
consider to be bad.

I know that I am making this simple and that's because it
is.  All our negative beliefs about money role up to the fact that
we shouldn't want it and therefore we demonstrate not having
it.  It REALLY is as simple as that!

So what can we do?  State...

"I am willing to consider that I am free to choose what I choose."

Don't even bring money into the picture, just be willing to know
that you are free to choose what you choose and you will open
up opportunities in all areas of your life.

Give this a try and see what starts to unfold....

On another note...Did you know that a walrus eats on average
6,000 clams a day? (I learn so much when I read to my daughter) 
Now, the walrus population is about 250,000 worldwide.  I didn't
do the math, but that's a lot of clams, so to speak.  My point, 
the next time you are experiencing lack, accept that you are 
experiencing it, then do the math and recognize 
that you are always sitting smack dab in the lap of abundance!

We've heard before that taking "responsibility" for our creations is important, but what is the creative difference if we are willing to take "ownership" instead. The Power of "Without Fail"

Some of you know that I like to play with these concepts every
once and a while.  I say play, because "testing" them in
essence is doubting them and that creates more opportunities to
doubt.

One day I said, "I want a purple car to come into my
experience."  That was it, nothing else.  Later that day I
was stopped at a light and a purple car passed right in
front of me.  Then I tried it on a pink car and you guessed
it, it came as well.

Then I decided to create a win with a game of computer solitaire.
Now this was different because I was expecting a result, a win.  
Just seeing a car wasn't a big deal, but expecting a win took
it up a level for me .  So I started to play and I lost and lost
and lost.  Then I started getting frustrated, so more frustration,
more losing.

So I backed up and accepted my frustration and kept playing.  Then
something clicked...If I wanted a win and I was experiencing
losses there was a hump I wasn't getting over in my belief that
I could actually alter a computer game with my creative
power.

So, if I wanted a win and my attention was on the fact that
I was losing, then what I had to do was to look beyond my
current creation, loosing, to knowing that I was winning over
and over again and that's when the trusty statement, "Without Fail"
popped into my head.

If I was WILLING to know that my win was going to be delivered
Without Fail, then by the Law of Attraction it would have to be.
So that's what I did, no matter how many losses I was experiencing,
I kept saying "Without Fail".  Then I started winning and winning
and winning so much so that my average overall
score went from 10% to 14%!

If we are not willing to accept and see beyond what is in front
of us, then the Law of Attraction has no choice but to continue
to deliver more of the same.  If we are willing to keep our focus
not on what we are wanting, but on the fact that it is delivered
WITHOUT FAIL, then it has to be!!

Try this on something simple and then see where it takes you.
