Skip Jennings Empowerment Specialist Urban Mystic Skip Jennings is a presenter and motivational speaker that has spoken for several organizations like; Sara City Workouts, Crunch Fitness, Can Fit Pro, 24 Hour Fitness, IRHSA and IDEA Health and Fitness Association. Skip’s great passion is traveling the globe, lecturing and motivating the world to understand it’s greatest potential. He has a Bachelors of Fine Arts from New York University, and has been teaching Yoga, Dance and Group Fitness for over 20 years. He is certified through AFAA, ACE, National Academy of Sports Medicine, AEA, The National Reiki Association and he holds 15 qualifications/certificates in Group Fitness, Personal Training, Nutrition and Life Coaching. Skip can be seen in an array of fitness videos, domestic and international, infomercials and instructor training DVD’s. He is the owner of Skip Jennings Training and has helped hundreds of clients understand the importance of holistic healing and weight loss. Skip works with clients to empower their mind, body and souls and encourages them to step out and live a full life. As a Reiki practitioner, Skip focuses on energy healing through touch. He is the co-host of a European Yoga show called “Urban Mystic Yoga.” Skip is also an accomplished vocalist, actor, author, spoken word poet and is studying to become a Science of Mind Spiritual practitioner. While at Stanford, he was a standout pitcher and he helped lead his team to the Pac-10 Conference Championship and an appearance in the College World Series. He was named to the All-Conference team, nominated as an academic All-American, and voted "Most Inspirational" by his fellow teammates.
