INSIDE OUT: Cary Ellis

Hi! Cary Ellis here We owe it to ourselves and to the future of humanity to channel our abundance into creation of a viable future for all life on earth. There is no excuse to do otherwise. My writing, workshops, dialogues, webinars and epublishing projects revolve around these things. * First let’s take care of our bodies as the incredible magical vehicles they were designed to be: learn how to feed them organic, high frequency foods, learn to transition from unhealthy habits to radiant well-being. Remember to move, breathe and have our being connected to the outdoors, sun, water, air. * Let’s take care of our minds/emotions: release ourselves from old programming – restore positive reinforcement and envision what we’d LIKE to call into being – for both ourselves personally and the rest of the world. * Let’s free our spirits to be childlike, loving, accepting, honoring, playful, intelligent beings again – and to realize our creative potential in our own lives and for the future. This is the effort of my personal journey and my lifework. There are tools, resources and companionship along the way. Come along with me, and join in rejoicing through how we live, breathe and share our being with the world. We are the children, we are the future, we are the one we’ve been waiting for. I’m grateful today to share relationships with my partner, Randall’s children and grandchildren. They remind me constantly of how important our future is. I love living near the wilderness in the Rocky Mountains – hiking with our big dogs, heating with wood, living simply.
