This short session is sure to make you feel like twinkle toes, and just in time for the holiday season. Composed of six duets, this equipment-free, total body session warms you up, elevates your heart rate, boosts your metabolism, and works all major muscle groups.
Led by Kim Watkins, NYC Personal Trainer and Owner of inSHAPE Fitness, you will complete roughly one and a half sets in our 30-minute segment. In the first set, we will take it slowly, and Kim will describe each move in detail. And in the second half, we will kick it up a notch and move a bit faster.
