DONT MISS THIS It says “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people” That means if it didn’t say abortion or anything like that , that it is disallowed or allowed in the United States constitution that means it is up to the states to decide ( which are the people).
