We have all done it and will do it again. Still when we do, it causes guilt, shame, disappointment, frustration and sometimes anger. Understanding why we do it is key to getting past doing it. While not strictly a time management, lack of will or laziness issue, these may be contributing as opposed to causal factors in procrastination.
