Long before college tuition, parents pay large sums of money for their children's education...daycare. The average cost for a week of daycare is about two hundred dollars. What happens when parents cannot afford to pay these fees ? Publicly funded daycares are a great option for parents who cannot afford to pay for a private daycare center.
