As anger is a vital source of power, do you know how to exercise the sensitivity to know if its power is compelling new growth and healing or if it’s consuming you? How the rhythm of passion is expressed through anger perhaps warrants a very close inner health screening. If the beating of our heart stops or stays too rapid for too long, we know there are lethal consequences. What if the same is true of our anger?
Please join JP Sears and Karen Solt for a wild ride as they shed light on mysteries around the sacred emotion of anger. They’ll share ways we can recognize if we are healthfully expressing or fatally expressing and/or suppressing the power of our own anger. They’ll also discuss how we can identify our anger tendencies on the continuum of passive and aggressive expressions. You’ll also be invited to consider what the genesis of anger is, as well as why the angriest people are often the ones who believe they never get angry.
