On this week's An Hour with an Angel, Archangel Michael looks at the human tendency to wall ourselves off from reality behind the house the mind built: the mask of a constructed self.

As we contemplate our journey from duality to unity, we look to leave behind us those Third-Dimensional ways of being and living which condemn us to live lives of separation, conflict, and control. One of those ways is to wall ourselves off from life by creating an artificial shell or suit of armor designed to ward off harm and ensure us victory in what we sometimes see as the struggle for life.

Airs Monday at 5pm PT/8pm ET

Our choices are reinforced by paradigms that deny us knowledge of the sweep of life, of the higher dimensions that beckon to us, and the higher beings who hold out their hands to us, unseen. We cannot see the way into the moment of Now. We look for love and authority outside ourselves. And life goes on in its petty pace day by day.
