Tune in on Tuesday September 24, at 8 PM CDT.

On this week's show we will be discussing the Debra Milke case with wrongful conviction advocate Luca Cheli.

Debra's case recently made headlines when the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals overturned her conviction. Debra is currently out of prison on bond awaiting a new trial expected to begin in January, 2015.

Debra Milke was wrongfully convicted and sentenced to death in 1991 in Arizona for the murder of her four-year-old son. Debra is a victim of police negligence and corruption. The only evidence against her was a detective's claim that she provided a non-recorded verbal confession. Debra Milke is innocent.
