Tune in Tuesday September 10, at 8 PM CDT, for an important update on recent events in the Jeffrey Havard case. We discussed the details of Jeffrey's case on our first show on August 6. You can listen to that show in the Injustice Anywhere Radio archive.

On August 26, the State of Mississippi filed a Motion to seal Jeffrey's case. The State’s motion was baseless and was  rightfully denied  by Federal Judge Keith Starrett.

On this week's show, we will be discussing what it means to seal a case. We will also discuss the details of the State's request as well as the denial issued by Federal Judge Keith Starrett.

Scheduled Guests: wrongful conviction advocate Lori Howard, Attorney Jen Fitzgerald, and a special guest.

Case Overview

Jeffrey Havard currently sits wrongfully convicted on death row in Mississippi for the sexual assault and murder of his girlfriend’s six-month-old daughter, Chloe Britt.

The truth is the infant slipped from Jeffrey's arms while lifting her from the tub, causing her head to hit the toilet. Chloe’s death was a tragic accident, not a murder. Jeffrey is innocent.

Jeffrey's conviction resulted from a rush to judgment by unqualified medical staff and ineffective counsel.

According to two national leading experts, Dr. Michael Baden and Dr. James Lauridson, the evidence supports Jeffrey's claims.
