Well in today's economy there is a lot going on with the mortgage business and real estate business. I'm going to talk about special programs that are out there that could help you in a foreclosure situation. The worst thing is to see someone lose their house that they worked so hard for. There are programs that the government had put in place to help homeowners out. FHA. I will also teach and educate you on the mortgage business. The reason we are where we are today is because of lack of knowledge about the business.
