The BOYZ are back!  Chief Noble Bandele and Keng El Bey tackle the issues that complicate court proceedings. Many of us have problems with court clerks not allowing you to file your motions.  Sometimes you get the runaround with the prosecutors office.  Filing proper court motions and following a procedure not mentioned often in court.  What happens when the judge is not cooperating or working outside the law.  How we get the prosecutor, judge or plaintiff to obey the law!  We will look at leins and how to use them.
