Emmy Award-winning director Kyle Roberts, owner of Reckless Abandonment Pictures LLC in Oklahoma City, OK, is known for his work in stop motion animation. He puts his eye for direction and knowledge of special effects to good use in the film "Posthuman Project," about five teens who fall into a trap that leads them to have special powers which they must learn to use, while discovering hidden secrets along the way. He terms the film as having "the heart of a John Hughes movie with the energy of 'X-Men,'"
Besides producing and directing his own projects, including gaining a reputation on outlets like Vine, YouTube and elsewhere, Roberts is a videographer at NewsOK.com and produces a local music show called "Static." He has been written about worldwide in publications like "LA Times," "USA Today," VH1, "Gizmodo," "WIRED Magazine" and "Mashable." In 2012, Roberts was selected to compete on Syfy's first season of "Viral Video Showdown." Kyle loves to collaborate with others and develop innovative projects to inspire a new generation.
"Posthuman Project" will be shown at the FSC Super Geek Film Festival in Miami (held July 3-6, 2014)
