Los Angeles performer Wendy Starland will be Classic's guest. Here is her bio: Named VH1’s Best Emerging Artist after winning Step Up And Rock Contest (national audition- Featured on Moby’s Grammy nominated album, “Last Night” where she sings the lead vocal on the entire song “I’m In Love.” The album was on the cover of MySpace and iTunes as the ‘Staff Favorite’. It is currently 1 on the Billboard Charts- Dancing With The Sea, which she wrote and produced, was released in Europe on a Universal Compilation (which includes multi-platinum stars Norah Jones, Feist, Edie Brickell and Katie Melua - in addition to Wendy) and went to 8 on the charts. Performed, in a solo concert, at the National Philharmonic to an audience of 3,000 which was televised on network TV- Won Independent Music Award for “Best Song” that was also featured on this year’s premiere episode of MTV’s hit series, “The Hills.Wendy is the “spokesperson” for Beauty Society, which is a skin care/makeup line launching a campaign, using her image and music. Beauty Society is already sold in Nordstroms across the country and will be featured on Oprah Winfrey. Wendy will be featured in their TV commercials as well as a print campaign that will be featured on every major network and magazine out there.
